What an exciting few months it’s been for the team! Melissa, Matt, Sara and Joe attended the Creative Head Awards 2025 in London, an incredible evening celebrating talent, creativity, and innovation across the industry. Surrounded by fellow professionals and long-time friends, it was truly inspiring to see so much artistry in one room and to celebrate the achievements of so many peers.

We’re also thrilled to share that Melissa and Sara have been named finalists in not one but two categories at the British Hairdressing Awards 2025 – Afro Hairdresser of the Year and North West Hairdresser of the Year! The grand final takes place this November in Mayfair, and with 75% of our team attending, we can’t wait to support them at what’s sure to be another unforgettable evening. Stay tuned for the results, we’ll be sure to keep you posted!

It’s been a busy and rewarding period with Salon International, where our team took to the stage in full force. Melissa, Sara and Joe represented us brilliantly with Alpha Italia, showcasing their expertise and creativity live, while Matt joined the Business Stage to discuss all things management, recruitment, and motivation. The energy across the event was electric, and it was fantastic to be part of such an influential platform.

Meanwhile, Melissa has been making waves in the press, contributing to major publications including ELLE, Glamour, Hello!, Good Housekeeping, and Country & Town House. Her insights continue to inspire readers and reinforce our commitment to creativity, education, and excellence in hairdressing.

A huge congratulations to our amazing Salon Stylist Dawid for achieving his Wella Colour Expert Degree! This prestigious qualification reflects his incredible skill, creativity, and commitment to mastering the art of colour. We’re so proud of the dedication he’s shown and the beautiful results he continues to create for our clients.

We also want to celebrate Shauna, who has been working hard over the past year on her Fellowship Colour Projects. Her passion and drive  have been truly inspiring, well done, Shauna!

And of course, a special mention to Daisy, our well-deserved Employee of the Month! She’s the heart of the salon, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone feels welcome. Daisy’s warmth and positivity set the tone for the whole team.
